Greeter/Introductions: Arrive by 6:55 a.m. Set out the member attendance sheet and the Guest Sign-in sheet. Sign in each guest (so you can read your own handwriting!); obtain the correct spelling and correct pronunciation. Be sure that a visiting Rotarian receives a signed makeup card. Point out food options. Greet each member be sure each gets his or her badge. Introduce each guest individually so the club can greet the guest by first name.

Moment of Reflection (1-2 minutes): Recognizing the diversity of Rotarians, prepare a non-denominational, non-ecumenical, Thought for the Day.

Classification Talk (CT) (3-4 minutes): The focus is your classification (profession or occupation), not your own personal or professional background.

Rotary Insight (RI) (3-4 minutes): Inform the club about some aspect of Rotary that we might not otherwise know.

Getting to Know Ourselves (GKO) (3-4 minutes): The focus is your volunteer activities, unique hobbies, special skills beyond your profession, or other interesting activity or experience.
